1. No Return / No Refund Policy
Once a purchase or subscription has been made on TheBotMode, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or returns for any of our digital products, services, or subscriptions, including:

WhatsApp Marketing Credits

Campaign Automation Services

CRM & Analytics Features

Custom API Integrations

Plugin Installations or Customizations

2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our support team. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for unused days, credits, or features in your current billing cycle.

3. Billing Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing or subscription charges, please contact us within 3 days of the charge. We’ll investigate the matter and assist accordingly. However, filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in service suspension.

4. Exceptional Situations
In rare cases of technical failure on our part (e.g., non-delivery of service due to verified platform error), we may offer account credits or corrective support at our sole discretion — not cash refunds.
